Knowing about the best practices for live dental webinars is important, as Live webinars have become popular in recent years. But especially since the Covid-19 outbreak, forced brands to find alternative ways to carry out their events.
However, despite lockdown restrictions being relaxed, many brands are still using live dental webinars as they can increase their exposure this way.
Given the increasing importance of live events, we would like to share with you some great practices to ensure the success of your next live dental webinars. These tips have helped us create fantastic live webinars for companies such as Campbell Academy.
There exist many live-streaming platforms out there. Choose the social media platform used by your target audience. Alternatively, select a platform where you already have a strong customer base. The most popular live-streaming platforms are Instagram Live, YouTube Live, and Facebook Live.
If you do not promote and send invitations well in advance, you will have fewer viewers than you could have had. Thus, create invitations and send them out at least one week before the big day. Use email or messaging apps like Facebook or WhatsApp to send them out. Besides, when writing the text, try to encourage attendees to share the link to the event with their family and friends.
If you do not have the creative skills to create compelling invitations, use invitation templates from platforms like Canva. Here you only have to add information such as the date, the hour, the topic, or the platform where you are live-streaming the event.
You can also share the invitation on social media to get a higher turnout that day.
Add a call to action to show viewers what are the next steps they should take ( i.e. a purchase, a subscription, a booking, etc). You can either add them at the end of the webinar or throughout the event. Create a list with the objective you would like to achieve to remember while you run the webinar.
Once the live dental webinar has finished, save the recording to use for future marketing campaigns. Create shorter clips and upload and share them with your social media followers, extract quotes and images and upload them to your feeds, and last but not least, embed the recording to your emails to extend the lifetime value of the event.
After reading this blog, you have an idea of some practices you can follow to improve the performance of your live dental webinars. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch.
